  • What time do you deliver?

    Deliveries will be made within our open hours, noted below:

  • Can I choose a delivery time?

    At this current point in time, we do not offer a guaranteed delivery time. All deliveries will be made within our opening hours.
  • Do you offer same day delivery?

    Currently, same day orders for are not available as our stock is purchased fresh every day to fulfil orders for the following day. If you require same day delivery, please call us for stock availability as we may be able to accommodate.

  • Do you deliver all over the UK?

    Posy & Bloom offers local delivery on all bouquets and arrangements. Currently, we do not offer Nationwide delivery, however we’re in the process of setting this up. Please find below a list of areas we cover; if the recipients post code is not on the below list, but they are local to these areas, please give us a call as we may be able to make a delivery exception.

  • What are the delivery charges?

  • What happens if the recipient is not home for the delivery?

    Upon placing an order, you will be asked for full recipient details. Please also include a "safe space" i.e where to leave the bouquet if the recipient is not home. If for any reason the delivery is unsuccessful and there is no "safe place" on the order, the item will be returned to the studio and a rescheduled delivery will be arranged with the recipient direct. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Please note, any items left in a “safe place” or with a neighbour will be recorded and a note left with the recipient to inform them of the delivery. A “safe place” must be a secure and dry place such as a porch, shed or garage – easily and safely accessible by our delivery team.
  • Can I collect my order?

    You can choose to have the bouquet delivered directly to the recipient or you can choose to collect the bouquet from our studio based in Peacehaven. Please note, collection times are 13:00 - 16:00 (Monday - Thursday and Saturday - Sunday, we are closed on Fridays). Once you have placed an order for collection, we will email you the studio’s full address and ask for you to provide a rough time of collection.

Bouquets and Arrangements

  • Can I see a picture of my chosen bouquet or arrangement?

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide each order with an image however your chosen bouquet or arrangement will be based on the product you have selected on our website.
  • I can’t see the bouquet or arrangement I was looking for online?

    If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our online store, not to worry at all just reach out to our team for further assistance. We’re able to adapt to bespoke projects, source your favourite flowers or work from inspirational images/thoughts you may have.
  • Can I choose specific stems or flowers to go in my bouquet or arrangement?

    Yes, of course! We love working on bespoke projects. If you can’t see your stems or flowers of choice in a bouquet or arrangement already online, please reach out to our team for further assistance. We’re able to adapt to bespoke projects, source your favourite flowers or work from inspirational images/thoughts you may have.
  • Can I add a gift message to my order?

    Yes, of course! This is a lovely way to send a thoughtful message to the recipient alongside their beautiful floral bouquet or arrangement. When you go to complete your order, you will be prompted to add a gift message so you will not miss this step.
  • How do I care for my bouquet or arrangement?

    Floral care is key to ensuring you get the maximum the life from your bouquet or arrangement – with each order a full care guide is included so the recipient understands exactly how to care for their bouquet or arrangement.
  • How long will my bouquet or arrangement last?

    As flowers are perishable goods, with life spans that vary according to each bloom, it’s extremely hard for us to give a precise answer to this question. Some stems can last a few weeks however some stems only a few days after delivery. Floral care is key to ensuring you get the maximum life span from your bouquet or arrangement.
  • Do you offer any other services such as funeral tributes?

    As a small business, we currently only offer luxury bouquet and arrangement products. We have plans to extend this to offering sympathies and funeral tributes in the near future and will market this on our website when we’re ready to start taking orders.
  • Do you offer any other services such as wedding arrangements?

    As a small business, we currently only offer luxury bouquet and arrangement products. We do not offer any wedding services at the moment however if love Posy & Blooms signature style and would like to discuss a bespoke wedding service, please do reach out to us. If we’re unable to assist you, we can always point you in the right direction of another florist company who may be able to help.

Cancellations, Amendments, Refunds & Returns

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We only accept cancellations within a 12-hour timeframe of an order being submitted. Due to the perishable nature of the items sold, and the speed in which our orders are proceed, we do not accept cancellations after a 12-hour window. There is no exception to this term and condition.   • I’ve made an error in the recipients’ details, how do I change these?

    Oh no! Not to worry, please email us as soon as you notice an error in the recipients’ details so we can amend the information we have for the recipient in good time ([email protected]). As noted in our Terms and Conditions we require accurate recipient personal details including: valid postcode, address, recipient name and contact telephone number. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the latter information is correct – failure in non-delivery of any item due to errors in the details provided are at no liability of Posy & Bloom Floral Studio Ltd.
  • Can I amend my gift message?

    Please reach out to us via email with your order details and new gift message ([email protected]), if the order has not been processed for delivery we’ll do our best to amend the gift message for you.
